Delivered in four to eight weeks. Client materials are measured against the CB library; every finding is cited to a source. It produces the evidence-based report and the Digitization Plan — and the report is yours to keep, even if you stop there.

The journey starts with the Grounded Diagnostic for all. A unique, innovative, and evidence informed understanding of your organization. From there, you are scored based on digital structure and process across 5 business pillars. This produces a tailored blueprint of progression; some business areas might be Pre BIM, some BIM Ready and some Analogish. You get only what you need.
